REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION/DOCUMENTATION POLICY 

 

There are strict rules and guidelines in regards to the provision of information or documentation including verbal advice from this office. 

 

No documentation will be provided to any other person aside from the owner. 

 

The local Council keeps registers of certain documents including building permits which they make available for inspection by any person during normal office hours.
